Tool, founded in 1990, is a Los Angeles based American rock band. The band has produced several hit music albums apart from winning three Grammy awards till date. Tool consists of Justin Chancellor as bassist, Maynard James Keenan as vocalist, Adam Jones as guitarist, and Danny Carey as drummer. The band released their first studio album under tool album covers, undertow, in the year 1993. The tool album covers was based on heavy metal music. The music group strengthened its hold on metal music with the release of their second album, Ænima, in the year 1996.
